Never too old 7

Well, here we are again. An auspicious week - 12 stone 10.4 pounds. Notice the '.4'. I have just realised that my scales do not show ounces - instead they show decimals of poinds! So last week's 4 ounces was really.4 pounds. Which means I have dropped 2 pounds this week! Hurrah! But do the pictures bear out my claims?

This blog is a day early because I have had the call to work on Hugo Cabret again. They just can't manage without me. This means 7am at Shepperton, 7pm home if I'm lucky. So runs will be difficult to manage. I am promising myself a 4am alarm so I can run before departing, but even now I'm wondering if I have the willpower. I'll let you know next week.
